[0.16.20] Splitter not work

i was checking my unload platform and noticed some splitters not pas the the iron anymore.
there is nothing special or set anything on it, just plain unloading and moving onto the belts.
at wagon 3 and 4 you notice the box not get completely unloaded onto the splitters while there is nothing on the belt anymore
