[0.16.17][win] Multiple Crashes

I've had several crashes since updating to 0.16.17. I'm running a headless server and playing personally connected via LAN and have had crashes with and without others connected via Internet. Logs / Saves attached.
The first crash (logs / save attached) I was rebuilding green circuit layouts using bots. The other crashes where while playing with the new splitter options on a mining field with multiple ores.
