[16.8] Autosave not working while tabbed out

1. play factorio multiplayer
2. tab out to windows
3. wait for autosave
4. autosave wont progress (screenshot attached) (corrupted autosave attached)

Similar situation here on osx not tabbed out. was playing and it got stuck trying to save.
