[0.16.5] Reproducible Crash Placing Electric Pole

On vanilla 0.16.5 I get a consistent crash trying to place an electric pole to connect power to a small area (see attached picture). I have attached the log as well as a save with the player at the exact spot needed to reproduce the crash.
