Second menu in which you should select note doesn't change it's options after changing instrument. (Sandbox mode)

Making it more clear:
-upon opening a speaker the second select doesn't change
-reopening shows the fitting pitch selection but it also doesn't change once you change the instrument.
-changing from an instrument with more pitch options to an instrument with less and clicking a pitch that doesn't exist for the current instrument results in a crash

Same here, [0.16.4]
Programmable Speaker connected to constant combinator.
Changing sound group from "Alarms" to "Miscellaneus" (or between any other groups) is not forcing next selectbox to refresh its content. Closing and opening gui for programmable speaker however does refresh it.

This bug is still present in [0.16.6]
It can crash the application if you select an item from the right menu that results in a overflow position for the selected sound group.

This is a duplicate of

Ah well it happens sometimes
- just which ever one one of us picks up first and associates with the actual fix. Mostly it's just so we don't have to keep updating the changlog with each new report on the same thing.
