[16.3] Crash with windows server

Dear Factorio Team.
Please see attachment.
this server was running fine until the 0.16.x was installed now i get this crash frequently. (0.16.1 /2 and 3 are doing it)
if you would like any more info please say and I will do my best to provide it.
