[0.16.3] Game load crashes at 89%

Subj. 0.16.2 works fine (tried reverting steam version to 0.16.2 - it works, then updated back to 0.16.3 - crashes again). See log file attached

The same issue here! Crash at 89% after upgrading to 0.16.3
No mods, normal start. No previous problems.

I have the same issue and the issue is easily repeatable. setting the setting below in config.ini fixes the issue*.

Yes! the setting change from "CmdrKeen" solved the crash for me!
