Crash when launching the game

No mods, gets to about 90% and freezes for a second, then the message about submitting the log to ya'll. Let me know if there's anything else I can attach. I was able to launch v16 before 16.3, updated today and now this.

On Steam the easiest workaround is to right-click Factorio in the library, go to Properties --> Set launch options and enter --force-opengl
