Couldn't fit a more precise description in the title.
Blueprinted circuit network wire connections are not applied when overlapping with existing rail signals. This is inconsistent with the behavior of power poles and combinators.
1. Place two rail signals after each other.
2. Connect with red or green circuit wire.
3. Create a blueprint containing both rail signals.
4. Place the blueprint with one of the preview rail signals overlapping with one of the existing rail signals. The preview shows the wire connection in tact.
5. After placement, the wire connection is gone. Bots will not connect the existing rail signal with the new rail signal by wire as specified by the blueprint.
