[0.15.30] Blueprint over destructed stuff (destruction of ghosts with)

It's hard to be search for it (I really tried), and it's also hard to decide if it is really a bug.
But I think this worked a lot better in 0.14.
Simple to explain: When you destruct something and build a blueprint over it, it depends on, how fast the previous destruction has been taken place. Cause if the bot destructs an entity with a ghost under it, the ghost will be destructed, too. So your construction end with "holes" in it: Parts that was slower destructed and are not built. In normal case no problem: When everything is destructed, build the blueprint a second time over the first...
But then it's still an issue, one of the ugliers.
And the general issue is in my eyes this: If you do similar operations, that include ghost/destruction/construction (=blueprints) it should not matter WHEN I do it!
It should not matter if I destruct something and then immediatelly place something or destruct, then wait 2 minutes, then place. In any case the map should look the same after that operations.
