[0.15.28] Overlay toggles in map screen can show wrong state
To reproduce click any overlay toggle in the map screen (Logistics network, electrical network, etc.) and hold the mouse button down. Before releasing the mouse button move the cursor off the button. Then release the mouse button. Toggle will now show incorrect state. Repeat steps again to correct the state.
