[15.11] Toggle filter not working

stumbled upon this weird bug, the toggle filter button wouldnt work
tried to change it something else and it worked again, even if i changed it back to the default
stumbled upon it with a bunch of mods so turned em all off and reboot the client and the key didnt work again
so i rebind it to another button n back again n it works just fine. so it seems to reoccur every time i restart the client

Is the new shortcut the same key as another shortcut?
I think this is a duplicate of viewtopic.php?f=30&t=45902
Please test if it is fixed in Version: 0.15.12.
