[0.15.6] Belt flickering at max zoom-out level (map-view)

[0.15.6] Belt flickering at max zoom-out level (map-view)

When I was zooming in/out in game I noticed this. At the very farthest zoom level that still shows the entities and not
the map, I get a pretty intense flicker on belts. Nothing else seems to have this.

Ridiculously large gif (should have used a different format, sorry :D):

Configuration:
Sprites: High
VRam: High
Card: 770GTX
Nvidia driver: 378.49

Reproduce steps:
- Open the map view
- Zoom in/out until you're at the farthest zoom level that's not the map-view but showing actual in-game entities
- Flicker \o/

Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Tried turning on vsync (didn't help)
- Updated graphics drivers from 378.49 to 381.89 (didn't help - didn't restart computer after tho, maybe this is a problem?)

Let me know if I can get any more information

its designed to be like that but just wait to see what they say

I suggest changing vram to "All" and see if that helps.

I am not so hasty to declare it as "not-a-bug", it is known issue though.
It is result of nearest neighbor filtering (or sometimes called point filtering) on most of the sprites. It will be fixed with rendering changes we plan for future releases.
