[0.15.5] Crash on catching up (InputActionDefragmenter::assemble)

Tried to connect to huge map.
It takes several minutes to download it.
And in the beginning of sync state game hangs.
I tried to close it using SIGINT and SiGHUP, finally kill it with SIGKILL
log
Also following text was written to stderr, but is not present in log file
backtrace

Thanks for the report. This is a duplicate of 45604 and fixed for the next version of 0.15.
