I have installed 0.15.3 from scratch and only kept my old config and save files.
Upon loading a save from version 0.14.20 the game crashes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Factorio 0.15.3
2. Load save endless_16 via: Main Menu->Play->Load Game
-> Game crashes
Expected behaviour: The game converts the save game to the new gameversion or tells the player that it cannot do that.

The map version is 0.14.13-2, this map version can cause a bug that will cause a crash when loading it in 0.15.
You can load it in 0.15 by first loading and saving it in 0.14.22 or 0.14.23.

Saving it in 0.14.23 first did help.
