[0.15.3] Crashing as soon as I open blueprints..

blueprint-storage.dat was deleted after the problems I previously reported in 15.2.

Now, when joining a multiplayer game, opening the blueprint manager caused an immediate crash.

Thanks for the report.
It is blueprint library referencing deleted players.
Should be fixed for 0.15.4
