4k Screen & Multiplayer game browser

I play on a 15inch laptop with a 4k screen. Windows 10. When I browse for multiplayer games this is what it looks like. I can't resize the columns, so I don't know if there is a column for ping, or more columns.I just get a list of server names/player count and have to click through them until I get a low ping game. Apologies if this has been reported as a bug before, I searched and couldn't find a previous bug report.
