[0.10.0]Old bug with replacing pipes to boilers returned

So, nothing more i must say.

On 0.10.0 try to replace pipes with boiler(as i do in 0.9.8) and i cannot do this.
This bug was on 0.9.7(or 0.9.6, dont remember exactly)
