99.9% Of Science
It was repaired in other versions of the game, the latest patch, 14.22, has yet again started to screw up my wonderful system of researching things, making only .01% still needed to finish research completely. It also makes it quite difficult for my YouTube series as I usually plan everything out, and this screws up a lot of things. This has appeared on a Windows 10 Steam edition of the game and effects every type of science and research.

The way science packs are consumed hasn't changed since mid 0.12.
That particular "issue" is something that we don't intend on spending any time with. Just put another science pack in the lab and it will finish.
