[0.14.6] No research bug

Hi,
After today's update, i'm unable to do anything in the research screen.
I cannot click research, i cannot change the selected technology, i cannot scroll the list.

I have restarted the game, I have no mods in the mods folder and it's not working across all my saved games/worlds.
If you need anymore information please let me know.
