train switches 'stop point' after chain signal.

in the folowing save (0.13.20) you will see a train leave the unload station on the left.
followed by a train moving into the unload station from lane 4 in the stacker.
next the train in the east will exit the bypass via the chain signal headed toward lane 4.
mid block it will change it's 'stop point' to lane 2 and stop at the red signal.
occupying the main line block, dead locking the system.
