-Logistics 2 "Effect" still shows "Stack inserters"
-They are indeed still unlocked by this technology without researching "Stack inserter" and also still add a level to "Stack inserter capacity bonus"
-Researching "Stack inserters" adds another level of to "Stack inserter capacity bonus", so a total of 12 instead of 11 is now possible. I don't know if it would unlock stack inserters since they already became unlocked by log. 2
