[0.12] Over-long Building Name

When I constructed one of my research labs, it was given this name.
It stretches the info panel across the entire screen. You cannot select things through that panel, so I could not remove the lab unless it was right at the bottom of my screen (where I needed the deconstruction planner to reach it).
