[0.11.22]building tank in assebmler leads to deadlock

There is a general issue when you want to assemble e.g. tank (but might be related to other situation).
I have assembler for building tank. It requires 50 peaces of steel which is exactly half of steel stack size. Inserter takes (in my case) steel before advanced circuits and also fill assembler with reserves up to 2 times of product consumtion so assembler should accept 100 peaces of steel which is exactly the same size as stack size.
I have researched 2nd level of inserters stack size bonus so inserter take 3 steel from chest to assembler on each round. This leads to the situation that inserter take 102 peaces of steel, 100 peaces put into assemler and last 2 keep in the hande. But advanced circuits are still needed so this assemler get stuck. Everytime.
The only solution in this case for me is to fill steel and other sources from separate chests but it might be also general problem.
