[Forums] Filter Inserters have not been Removed

The User ranks in phpBB have not been updated to reflect the changes to Inserter tiers in Factorio 2.X.
What did you do?
Viewed a User Profile
What happened?
The user’s rank is“Filter Inserter”, an entity that was removed from the game.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Reorder the ranks based upon the current Types of Inserters present in the game. Since Filter Inserters no longer exist they should be removed. Care should be taken when reordering/renaming existing “Stack Inserter” users to “Bulk Inserter” as well.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Every time I visit the forums.
