When multiple Research productivity <number> techs are queued, the listed effect for the queued techs is not correct.

Expected behavior:
a. When I mouse over the (currently researching) Research productivity 9's effect in the image, I should see
"Lab research productivity: +10% [+80% -> +90%]
b. When I mouse over the queued Research productivity 10's effect in the attached image, I should see +10% [+90% -> +100%]


Actual behavior:
a. As listed (correct) b. I see +10% [+80% -> +90%], which is not correct. Please let me know if more information would be helpful. Thank you!

Thanks for the report. The effect only lists what it would change if applied right now. It is not accumulative with the rest of the techs in the queue.

Hey Rseding91, thanks so much for the response - this seems misleading, though. As soon as it "moves forward" in the queue, the values update. Does it not make more sense for the values to read what they would be at the time of research, particularly for these types of techs (where level 9 comes before level 10, etc)?
