"Show mouse and keyboard control hints" setting does not show all working key bindings when in vehicle (ie for shooting, etc.), it shows only:

These are simply hints meant to get you started are do not include all possible relevant shortcuts.
Shooting is not showing when the character is on foot. Showing it when in a vehicle doesn't make much sense.
