[2.0.8] Circuit network shortcuts bypass research

Hello, I tried to use the Alt+G / Alt+R keyboard shortcuts prior to having researched "Circuit network" and it worked (see green wire in picture). The language on the shortcut button tooltip suggests this is unintended 
Log attached just in case. This is on a dedicated server, I can provide its logs as well if needed.
