Ctrl- left mouse click on the boxes and buildings opens them instead of picking up the contents. In the opened inventory pickup item instead of moving it to the chest. It just doesn't work on an empty cell, but has to move everything from the chest to the inventory.

No mods. All worked on version 1.1.80

Do you happen to have some "Show cursor when Ctrl is pressed" feature enabled, similar to this?

yes, disabling "Show cursor when Ctrl is pressed" helps, but the old versions work even when enabled

I know, it will be fixed. In the meantime I'm not aware of any other workaround other than disabling the feature, unfortunately.
