How to quickly reproduce this error:

Single player --> New game --> Sandbox --> All Tech, please --> "E" Button --> Search (Control + F)

How does it work in English:
[v] Let's search for a Solar panel - "sola" (two items were found in two tabs)

And how does it work incorrectly in Russian:
[x] Let's search for a Solar panel again but in Russian - "солн" (only one of the two items was found)

[v] Let's search for a Solar panels again in Russian but with another part of word - "пане" (two of the two items were found in two tabs)

This is a problem not only in finding solar panels, but also in finding many other items in Russian.
Please check other languages as well, maybe this search problem is bigger than it seems.

Then the search in Russian is not viable, I gave a good example in the screenshots above.

To quick search "Portable solar panel" or "Solar panel" you can write "sola" or "SOLA"
but in Russian
to search "Portable solar panel" you must write "sola" (солн)
but
to search "Solar panel" you must write "Sola" (Солн) ...

You can't correctly find items, because most of them have uppercases.
