[1.1.42] Crash loading save: "Package lock (read) is active" on mod

What did you do?
  1. Opened Factorio from the Start menu, as usual
  2. Went off to do some IRL things for a while (~20mins maybe?)
  3. Used Windows-key + Shift + Left to move Factorio to my other monitor
  4. Clicked on the "Continue" button to continue my last savegame
What happened?

The game crashed. Before it crashed, it showed a Windows-style error dialog (red X icon on the left, message on the right) that asked me to post the logfile on the forums.

What did you expect to happen instead?

The savefile I selected should have been loaded

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

It happened just once.

I have loaded this savefile / mod combination many times before without issue, and I was able to successfully load the savefile when I tried again after saving my logfile, etc. I had been playing the same exact savefile earlier the same day, and didn't play any other saves or make any mod configuration changes between then and now.

Attached is the logfile, dump file, and savegame.

Given the logfile message, I should add: to my knowledge, the mod zip file had never been opened by any application other than Factorio
