All I can say is Thank you for an amazing experience. This game is pure diamond, polished into perfection. I am a gamer for 30 years now, but I have never played a game that is so well... everything (lost for words).

thank you for making a great game in a great way, you have all my respect.

thank you also for using the internet to properly communicate, eventually expecting feedback from your players and dealing with it all rather than filling it with self-congratulations post on how every new thing is super awesome, and turning it into a selling point ( or even literally selling it ).

i understand that the FFF stops after this one, i do not think all of you will manage to get a break when i see the different hours of the day and night some of you answer on the forum, i think it will be hard for you to stop suddenly

Seriously congrats on the 1.0 release guys. You are the best dev team in the world. I really believe that in the future, students of computer game development will study Factorio's development process in the classroom.

Apart from the obvious, the thing I enjoy about this update the most is: Spidertron requires a fish to craft.

Congratulations on 1.0.0! I especially love you updated the trailer as well, because I really like it and it was my first encounter with the game. And as I can see here, the Spidertron... Thank you to keep us with you along the ride with FFF, to be honest I'll really miss them. Anyway, I'll be looking forward to occasional e-mails then

Spidertron is amazing and it clearly has surpassed all expectations - used as a vechicle, mobile weapons platform and moving roboport???? I'm speechless. It will be so easy to outpost now, I can already see me controlling two or three of these to build multiple outposts at once

One question - can we manually target rockets while controlling remotely?

I'm really going to miss these FFFs, they've been the one thing that's stayed constant in my life over the last few years. However I can see the reason for stopping it now, and I think it's the right choice.

Thank you all for all the work you've put into it over the years, you should be incredibly proud of what you've achieved. I'm sad, but also satisfied this chapter of factorio's life has drawn to a close, and I wish you all the best of luck with what the future brings. However I'm sure that I'll be starting new factories for many years to come, especially with the help of our new 8 legged friend...

I play you game around six year, and every week read FF. And it is one of greatest game i'm ever see. And it seem like, you all too focused to one game. Not stop! Continue move! And you will invent much more beautiful games. And then, you start write friday facts, about this new game. Because, it seems like, friday facts one of main reason what make Factorio one of greats game on planet.

Big thanks to everyone involved anyhow in this journey - I was legit moved while watching trailers - moment when I saw in the trailer first Factorio version I played was really awesome A bit sad to see FFFs go, but this is very sensible decision and I trust you will write whenever you have something to write about.

Take a rest, it's long deserved. And take you time to figure out what to do next.

Factorio is the perfect example of how a game should be made. You guys keeping it up for 8 years are amazing.

To take a break now is as stopping the fff understandable, but maybe there is an option to continue them once something new (expansion like) is on the horizon.
