There is an ongoing outage on Heroku, our hosting provider.
All of our services might be affected, including the mod portal, or public multiplayer game hosting.

Outage information can be found at https://status.heroku.com/

Edit (23:09 UTC): Majority of Heroku's services are now operating normally, authentication and updater services should be back to normal now, mod portal will probably take a while longer.

Don't know if this is related but when I click connect to any server, I see the gui "Connecting to server" and thenit disappears. All I am left with is the background image. I can escape out with no problem.

Tested this in both my steam version and non-steam version. Same issue.

Is this related somehow or should I be able toconnect once I see"Connecting to server"?

Thanks

TY. Seems weird when I'm connecting to the server at this point.

Looks like multiplayer games currently can't be created when the "Verify user identity" is enabled. A message appears at the end of the loading process mentioning a parsing error of the response from the Auth server and user is redirected to the main menu.
Disabling the "Verify user identity" option allow to load and start playing on a saved game properly.

User identity verification uses the auth server, which is unavailable.

For dedicated server:
"require_user_verification": false,

and remove your user, password or token
"username": "",
"password": "",

Be careful, with heroku down you can't /kick or /ban from the server, you must be in game.
And i just realized you can't /kick or /ban while respawning.. is this normal?
