Guys, Notch the creator of Minecraft mentioned you on his twitter. I believe now you skyrocket even more.

The menu system on the website is awful. You need to move the text down so that when the menu expands it does not move other elements of the site. Apart from that, well done.

What browser do you have? The menu system works fine here.

Or try refreshing with ctrl+f5 for clearing the cache, that might help.

I just bought a paysafecard and tried to buy the game, but on the actual payment site it said that an account at paysafe.com is required.
So i read about it and found that it is possible that you guys should be able to activate something like anonymous payment so people can you enter their paysafe codes without having to create an account at paysafe.com. This would be extremely awesome because paysafe accounts require to give a LOT of data to them.

It is perfectly possible to use anonymous paysafecard. I have bought a testing one in the local shop - basically it is just a number. You enter this number in the form and voila payment is made.

Indeed, I never had to use or create an account for PaySafeCard.

Although it's not the regular PaySafeCard form, but if you look closely, you can pay just with your numbers like usual.

I can confirm. It's not possible to buy the game without registering at the paysafecard page anymore. And they really want A LOT of personal data. I was about to buy the game for my girlfriend but i'm not willing to give all this data to paysafecard...

Yeah, can verify that: Payment not possible without registration on that site.

I tried using a us proxy but it didn't work. Last idea i had was to try if i can do something esle with the code... I had no problem filling up my steam balance with the code, without having to register at the paysafecard site.... just as intended...

I tried that aswell, and it seems that it depends on the location if it is possible to pay without an account.
From Germany where I am it is not possible, but from the USA for example it is.
So using a proxy from the USA should fix the issue, it at least worked for me.

I had no luck with a US proxy. I think it has to do with gopay, if they would accept anonymous payment via paysafecard for german customers, it would work.
The same issue started a few weeks ago with many browser games that use microtransactions in game. Some of them were able to convince their payment partner to accept anonymous payments via paysafecards again (for germans).

I will ask the Gopay to try to negotiate this (anonymous paysafecard payments for the Germany region). I have tested the Czech version which works fine (as well as many others).

That would be really good! Because there is no sense in using paysafecards if you have to register and give them so many information... And there is also no way to give such a card back...

I'm glad to hear you are trying to change this restriction for Germany.
I only found out it's not possible to just enter the PIN code here after I bought some paysafecards for Factorio today. I really don't want to set up an account with that much information

Tried with an proxy from Austria? Never had to create an account for paysavecard payments so long (seems to work with factorio purchase)

eg: first google-hit http://webproxy.at/

or some other proxy or VPN (Google helps)
