Yes, and express belts wouldn't work in those biomes, because they require lubricant which freezes in winter. Biomes should have an actual effect on your factory.

building of 0.13 in progress.... On crowdin (translation system), the game was build 4 times in past 30 mn.

I imagine 4 times because : windows, linux, mac OS & serveur version...

nope ... it's because of various crashes during the build :-)

Oh, so 4 hour build cycle successfully started 30 mins ago
no 0.13 in next 4 hours guys ;)

I really like the ideas you pose perhaps maybe you could work on gui and Terrain maybe even work on allowing for more snowy terrain or terrain specific items.

Why is there almost so much work and thus no free time if a great update is released?

I'm still not sure about the bulk inserters. My main (space) issue is usually smelting ovens and not unloading stations.

If nothing else, the bulk unloaders dramatically reduce the CPU cycles for loading unloading. Instead of the inserter animation playing 14 times to put something on a belt, it does it once. Plus it puts them all next to eachother in a nice compact stream.
