[Map Exchange String] Ribbon World (0.14.21+)

Ribbon World...
As everyone that tried have noticed, it is really hard to find a good enough start when creating a 80 tile high Ribbon World.
That's why I share this one that works, it has everything needed to start off, but only one small patch of oil in the startarea which means the later challenge will be to fight for more oil.
