too hard for me because after 2h30 of gaming, my 1st attack was with 6 blues bitters.
I lose a this point. We should have small attack first.

you can put this in the "console", the fist one set it back to as it wood be with a new game. the over one peacefulmode on. :)

How to open the console?
You open the console by default with the key '/' or '~'. But depending on your keyboard-layout and operating system, this doesn't work.

Go for that case into the keyboard control and change "Toggle Lua console" to a useful key.

Are those boxes supposed to have those massive amount of supplies? I'm quite shocked to see the numbers of stuff I found in them. 640 belts, 448 inserters, 192 fast inserters, 192 smart inserters, 128 fast belts, and 64 long armed inserters in the first box outside spawn? That seems a bit excessive.

Also, just got hit by the first biter wave. No way I could handle the big bigers. The medium ones tore me up pretty good, then two bigs show up and just demolish my defenses.

can anyone help?

I am running 0.10.2 on mac and tried installing this scenario into the scenarios folder but as previously posted, i don't get the correct map.

Any help would be grateful.

Where exactly do I put the zip folder? Sorry, this is the first scenario I've played.

there is a scenario folder, you need to extract it, and then pull the folder out

(i will try to explain better)

There is a zip, in the zip is a folder, in that folder is an identically named folder

put that folder in the scenarios folder of factorio

What the hack is going on with the Biters? have you really set them to be extreamly powerful? My base got completely overwealmed by them when i was only 3 hours into the game. No chanse of haveing good enough defenses dealing with a hord of big biters (why are there so powerful biters in the earlier game?) yet. and no, i'm not polluting the crap out of everywhere, they just decided to settle a new ~8 spawner base right next to my central produceing area. If this is intended, seminoobs like me can't play this map... :(

How to take stuff from enemy boxes? I found some of them and I cant use them. Maybe its just for fun?

the 11.22 fix/add/bug a lot of thinks that makes this map not as I like.
if you have 10.x it works but not 11.x

I AM THE MAZE RUNNING MASTER!!!

Fun map. I want to keep playing and run a rail all the way around the "maze"
But this was my final set up. (See attached picture)

I didn't like the abundance of trees right outside the starting square, it made it annoying to run rails early game, but once I got bots, it was easy to clear them all with no hassle.
The updates made it unable to access the chests that were around, but that didn't bother me too much.
There were not many coal resources, and I ran out early, but there were so many trees that I just ran my trains off wood.
Everything else was pretty good

that was the plan coal was for Plastic bar.

did you like the Mixed resource island?

I get "Can't open Enemy Structures." when I try to open some of the chests you have dotted around the map. Any Ideas on how to get the Items? Love the map BTW.
