Ok, after loading up the save it looks like it has been corrupted during saving. That has virtually always meant bad hardware and or memory corruption on the players computer when it has happened in the past. If you have an older version of this save you'll need to roll back to that.

I have swapped out the memory with a new 32G kit, what other hardware could it be?

It doesn't have to be RAM, it doesn't even have to be bad hardware. Bits can flip randomly in perfectly functional RAM.

So what do I do from here? will it continue if I start another new map? this it the 4th time this has happened, do I need to swap other pc components?

If it has happened that many times I would suspect bad hardware. I've personally never had it happen in the 7+ years of playing and development. Although I have no suggestions for figuring out what hardware is going bad on your end.

Make frequent saves - with different names.
