I have the latest version and some of the trains when turning have this fuzzy image instead of the normal one. See below image. I have only noticed this behavior when the train turns at that 45 angel toward the bottom right of the screen. It happens if the train turns either direction.

Does it happen every time you run Factorio?
Please attach log file as mentioned in 3638

Apparently restarting the game has fixed the issue.
