In the log I see that it crashes later, by a loader.

Do you have any way to reproduce this crash? It crashed because it found a nullptr entity registered on a chunk which should never be possible.

I agree it's NULL entity registered on chunk and it should not be possible to happen.
If you have some reliable way to reproduce it, please post instructions how to make it happen, otherwise you might want to try to update your BIOS and chipset driver:
