[0.13.4][posila] linear Filtering Bug

I found some kind of bug, when i active Linear Filtering Icons, i have some blur in my icons, is very anoying, if i disable Linear Filterin then i cans see the icons fine. i use an Intel 3000 grafic card, integrated. In the Stable Branch i don´t have any problem.

Hmm, interesting. I'll look into that. So far I haven't had this problem on Intel HD 4000 ... it kind of looks like it uses too low mip-map level which might be driver issue. Until we figure it out, you can disable linear filtering in graphics options.
Linear filtering for icons was added in 0.13, so it wouldn't be an issue in 0.12.

Well, I tried to reproduce it on 4 different computers with Intel integrated GPU (Intel HD 4000 and HD 3000) and had no issue.
So, I declare it a driver issue and if anyone has trouble with blurry icons, they can always turn of linear filtering for icons in graphics options.
