[0.12.10+] entities flicker when I start to walk at night

When I start to walk or rotate my character all entities light up or get darker and flicker a bit. This only happens at night. I tested this in 0.12.10 with mods and in 0.12.11 without mods.
I used EvoGui and it happens arround 1:30-3:00 am.

Can you be more specific please? What flickering ? Lights? What kind of entities? Could you make a video?

Are you sure you dont have power problems and your lights dim?

I'm currently not at home but I can make a video at the weekend. It is hard to describe but all entities( ores, trees, belts,..) flicker between normal and lit only at a specific time period.
@titan21 I have no lamps that can flicker and all entities flicker even if the light source is miles away.

If you look close at the iron ore it flickers a bit as I zoom out. It's not a vey big issue for me but it annoys me a bit.

Did you watch it HD and 60 fps? I tested it in 0.12.12 with no mods and a completly new save file. I think it has nothing to do with my save.

These images were taken a few second apart. On the left I walked and on the right I stud still. If you zoom out this effect increases.

I'm still not seeing it. Are you sure it's not just the flashlight of your player lighting up the area as you're moving? Is there a reason you can't upload the save file so I can try to reproduce it myself?

What light quality do you use? (I added this value to the log for 0.12.14)
Does it happen when you make it higher?

@Rseding91 I'm sure because all entities are affected and not just the ones in my light circle. The bug is save game independet. Try to compare the brightness of anything that is not the ground when you're walking and when you do stand. The entities are slightly brighter if you stand.
@SHiRKiT Has Factorio anti aliasing?
@kovarex I'm already using 1.00.
I tried it today again and looked realy close. It does work in day time, too.
Edit: Light Render Quality doesn't seem to effect it.
I try to explain it again:
If you zoom in realy close(or press F9) and start to walk everything is fine and is rendered how it should be.
If you zoom out really far all entities get a bit brighter. This could be because the graphics get a "compressed" or it is the bug. If you now start to walk all entities jump to their original brightnes. This is what I tried to describe the whole time.
I tested this in 0.12.10 and 0.12.12. I used the 64x bit zip package and my pc runs windows 8.1 with a Nvidia Geforce GTX 745. I have factorio almost on max settings and used window mode.

I tried to reproduce it but no matter what movement I did at any zoom level every entity remained the same darkness while moving or standing still.
Can you record a video where you don't change the zoom? I can't tell what's happening because the zoom constantly changes and I loose my frame of reference for the entity I'm looking at.
Do you have any other computer you can try it on to see if it's hardware specific?

I just watchet the video again and i can't see it if I don't use fullscreen.
I recorded a second video. It's 40 seconds long now and I post the link if it is uploaded to dropbox because YT does some weird compressing.
I hope now you can notice it. I would recommend to watch the video in fullscreen.
Some more specs if it helps you: 24" Monitor with 1080p and 60 Hertz

Can you try setting the UI scale to 100% and the video memory usage to "All" and see if that makes any difference?

I've watched the source video (214mb) you put on dropbox on a 24" screen with 1920x1080p60 resolution and it looked okay to me.
Can you disable Options --> Graphics --> Show clouds and tell us if the problem is still occuring?

I watched it full screen on my 30" 2560x1600 monitor and I still see zero that looks like lighting glitches. Are you sure it's not the clouds or perhaps the monitor you're using? Is there anyone else you live with that could look at it and see if they can notice what you're talking about? At this point I'm thinking this is a 0/1 magic issue since no one but you has been able to see what you're seeing :\

If you watch the video with speed 0.25, you can see something.
