[15.4-5] Spike Laggs

Place for things which are bugs but we have no idea how to solve them. Things related to hardware, libraries, strange setups, etc.

[15.4-5] Spike Laggs

Since the 15.4 i have spike laggs , in the version 15.3 i dind't have thoose laggs. In the 15.5 the laggs are still there.

The laggs are coming after 3-5 Minutes after loading the Savegame. After some time it stops , then after some time it comes back again...

Mods that i use: SpaceBooks (V: 1.0.27)

After using the Starting parameter "--force-opengl" it runs fine...

Why my computer don't uses opengl without the starting parameter?

Because you run on Windows and in general we have less issues with DirectX than with OpenGL.

Try to turn on v-sync in game settings and remove --force-opengl

Mhh ok thanks i dont have anymore the laggs. But why turning V-Sync on fixes this problem? I think this wasn't screen tearing..
