Certain tiles aren't rendering, possibly due to weird probability/weight values in prototypes/tiles/tile.lua? grass-dry2 is the most apparent, but it looks like grass-medium4 is affected too.
EDIT: Fixed it by making copies of the corresponding image files and renaming them slightly, then editing the tile.lua appropriately? Might be some weird caching issue on my end.
EDIT 2: Cleared appdata, reinstalled, works fine. Probably should've tried that earlier. Oh well, might be useful for future people with similar problems.

Re: [0.13.0] Terrain Rendering Issues (Empty Tiles)
If Factorio dies when a tick is being processed, the crop cache can be corrupted, if you delete %appdata%\Factorio\crop-cache.dat the problem will stop. The corruption will cause all the buttons to look strange, and check boxes to disappear in the options menu. And the tiles will fail to render, the edges of other tiles will be put over the missing tiles, this happens every frame, it makes your world get lines on the tiles, and the progress bars to bug out.
