Exclusive percent chances

A subtle thing, noticeable in mods: the probability of results = {} is does not need to add to 1, and unless I'm mistaken, may cause a craft to output nothing.

Is there an actual way to do percents? A XOR B XOR C? I imagine with floats there could be rounding issues, but something close enough. There's at present no way to distinguish in the tooltop whether the percents listed are exclusive or not, so there's that too.
