Does anyone know if there is a work around this error. I would like to try and utilize items for research requirements (Not Science Packs) but when I try i get an error like this one.

I don't know if anything can be done. currently running ver. 14.2Something.

Either change the item you want to use for science to a tool type, or change the building requirements for the science packs.
