Networking:Two host settings to add.

TL;DR
I'd like to be able to limit the tech tree AND block incoming blueprints.

What ?
These are changes I'd like to be able to set for hosting network games.
Tech tree : I'd like to be able to click a "X" on any tech item to remove that item and its children from the tech tree. A way of limiting what tech is available for this game.
Blueprints : I'd like to be able to set NO OUTSIDE BLUEPRINTS as an option.
Why ?
I get really tired of everyone doing the same thing. I'd like to set up a game where they had to do some creative thinking on how to solve the issues.

For example : How would you go about setting up your world, if you couldn't have any pre-made blueprints and no logistics robots?

This is extremely specific. I wonder if a mod wouldn't be more suited for your needs than an implementation into vanilla.
If you're OK with that, I can move the suggestion into the appropriate subforum.

HA! I thought specific was what an engineer would want.

As for moving it, or at least copying it. Sure. It really doesn't matter how it gets implemented. The more that see it the better.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. Precise descriptions of what you want is always better, 100% agree on that. When I said specific, it was in the "only a tiny portion of the player base will likely be interested in these features, if it's doable in a mod and if you're OK with that, it would prevent the devs to have to develop something for just a handful of people.

So I'm moving this to "Ideas and Request for Mods" for now (it will always be possible to move it again if we change our mind).
