Life Pods plus Workers plus Food

I got an idea. Not sure if I can code it myself (never tried going into modding), maybe a talended modder can do it. It is a crossover between the old Colonists mod and some production challenge. Optional with Life Pods.

- Handcrafting is not affected
- you start with a certain number of fresh Workers/Colonists.
- any recipe in a machine (Assembler, Furnace etc) requires also a fresh Worker and outputs an exhausted Worker.
- Exhausted Workers can be refreshed by bringing them to a house. They need food and fuel (warmth). Maybe several tiers, early-game refreshing can fail (outputting an exhausted worker instead of a fresh one), late-game needs more complicated stuff.

optional with Life Pods:
- functioning Life Pods can slowly give you more Workers
- if somebody in a Life Pod dies, one of your Workers commits suicide out of grief
- stabilised Life Pods produce Workers more quickly.
