Weapon dispersion and inaccuracy

Weapons, especially the Artillery has pinpoint accuracy. I was wondering if there is any way to inject dispersion into projectile weapons?

Krastorio 2 and Earendel's Combat Mechanics Overhaul do it with standard character weapons but I don't know of any that do it with artillery.

Yeah, there are direction_deviation and range_deviation properties, they are used for vanilla shotgun and tank shells. Should work for artillery too, vanilla artillery shell just has 0 in both of them.

@bormand good to know, I am wondering why nobody has applied that to the weapons yet?
