[Request] Limit Amount of Robots that are out

Hey people,

Could anyone write a piece of code so that you can limit the amount of robots a player can craft/ have out at the same time.
People on my server are overdoing it with over 5000 robots being out at the same time which eventually lags the server.

Much appreciated.

It's pretty difficult for my opinion. 5000 at all or 5000 for each force?
